One affair, three passionate Pernik natives, a favorite team, and a dream, all brought together in one place, promising plenty of laughter and an unexpected ending. Director Martin Karov’s comedy will plunge us into the life of Desi (Louisa Grigorova-Makariev)—a 33-year-old die-hard fan of “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?” from Pernik. She is happily married to Ogi (Hristo Padev), a former rising star of “Minyor Pernik.” Desi is the head chef at the most popular restaurant in the city center, extremely curious, and has a huge passion for science. Unlike her, her husband believes that all information provided to us through books, television, and the internet is intended to mislead us and that everything is a conspiracy. This clash of interests, however, does not prevent them from living happily. But dreams like this only come true in TV shows. An unexpected situation and a phone call turn everything upside down.
Will our characters arrive at the correct answer, and what is it? We’ll find out in the crime-comedy “And the Correct Answer Is…”. Why crime-comedy? Perhaps Slavka (Boryana Bratoeva), Desi’s sister, will reveal it to us?
