The first Neapolitan pizza in Sofia! At Grano we follow an authentic Neapolitan recipe. That’s why we prepare our dough with sourdough starter, finely ground Italian 00 flour, sea salt and pure water.
It ripens for a minimum of 96 hours at a controlled temperature, making it easily digestible and with a unique taste. We use only high quality products imported directly from Italy, such as fresh fior di latte mozzarella, especially for your pizza. The result is a pizza with a thin and juicy middle, and a fluffy crust. Just like in Naples !
